I would definitely recommend you eat at Cobalt and especially consider a small wedding there as well. Atmosphere is excellent here with the white sand and the scenary. Although we were a wedding party we heard very good feedback on the menu from friends of ours who had eaten at the restaurant independently from the reception. I had the Chicken which was extremely tasty.
The Salad was by far the best choice but good feedback on everything except the Shrimp and Grits which was too small and ok taste wise.

We brought our own table linens and decorations and they helped set up all the linens for us and gave the best advice on how to configure the deck for the ceremony. The wedding was at noon so it was a great fit for us wanting to have it midday and not fight evening crowds at the site. We booked the venue and had almost 6 hours available to us but only used 4. This was our second marriage and we wanted to spend more time with familiy in a workable environment where we could take our time and not be rushed. My wife and I were just married on Valentine's day 2015 outside on the terrace overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and all the happenings that occur around it. We arrived around 5:00pm and were seated within 15 minutes. If you plan to dine during the popular dining times, plan to wait awhile (there is a lot of space for waiting customers). It was an excellent! We split several desserts, which were delicious (try the pecan caramel cheesecake). I had the blackened grouper over a bed of risotto, served with a cajun cream sauce. The service was terrific! Our waiter suggested different specials the restaurant was offering that night, which we took advantage of.
